§ 51.04. WASTE CONTROL REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

The sewage and waste control rules and regulations for the metropolitan disposal system as prepared by the Metropolitan Council are hereby adopted and shall be in full force and effect in this city, insofar as applicable to connections to and the use of the metropolitan disposal system. One copy of the above rules shall be on file in the City Clerk’s office for inspection and use of the public and shall be marked by the City Clerk, “Official Copy, City of Apple Valley.”
